In the collection management system and in the marketplace, many filter settings can be copied as a link. This allows predefined filter settings to be shared with others, for example objects from your own collection with a specific component or from a specific locality. To the left of “Reset filter” there is a copy icon. Clicking it copies the link containing the current filter settings to the clipboard.

References between collection objects can be created using [# 22-character ID #]. To do this, the 22-character international ID of the link target is placed between [# #].

If you want to link to your public collection or direct people to your collection via a direct link, you need your international collection ID. This 22-character ID is displayed at the top when you open your collection. Please copy this ID and append it to the link shown below.

You should make your collection publicly visible in order to grant access to users without specific permissions. Otherwise, the link will lead to an error message for those users.

You can open individual collection objects via a URL. To do so, you need the international collection ID and the GUSID of the collection object.
