To assign a storage location to your collection objects, you can create a two-level storage system. For example, you can define cabinets and drawers in which your collection pieces are stored.
When you are in your collection, click the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top left and then click on Storage location.
Now click “+ Add furniture” and on the following page enter the “Furniture name” and, if desired, an “Additional description”, then click Save. Your furniture will be shown as an entry.
You can now define containers such as drawers. To do so, click “+ Add container”. On the page that is displayed, you can select a piece of furniture you have already created. This is not mandatory. Containers will then be shown as “Unassigned” in the overview. Also give your container a unique name and, if desired, an additional description. It is recommended to enter the container dimensions as well. This is done in mm. Then click “Save”.
In the overview, the furniture is now displayed and, when you click on the closed folder, the assigned containers are displayed as well. All containers you define here can be selected and assigned on the collection object.
Above the list you will find a line to search for containers. Simply type the name of a container or a piece of furniture into the line, and the corresponding entries will be shown expanded.
